Job satisfaction A person‘s positive attitude toward his or her job is called job satisfaction Job satisfaction and behaviour Job satisfaction reduces turnover, absenteeism, theft

Job Satisfaction and OCB Satisfied employees who feel fairly treated by and are trusting of the organization are more willing to engage in behaviors that go beyond the normal expectations of their job. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Discretionary behavior that is not part of an employee’s formal job requirements, but that nevertheless promotes the effective functioning of the organization.
