TGs received 5,703 comments from LB #93 of which about 192 appear to have been from non-voters. It voted to go forward using its Draft D1.0 as a baseline and considering all received comments for resolution. During the meeting, 10 comments appearing in a submission were added. Thus the current comment spreadsheet (11-07/23r9) has 5,713 comments. Goals for the March meeting in Orlando, Florida: Resolve Letter Ballot comments.
