In January 2005 TGs issued Call for Proposals 11-04/1430r12 and adopted Proposal Presentation Procedures for March and May in 11-04/1539r3. 35 notices of intent to submit a proposal have been received. Brief presentations were made at this meeting by 10 persons in connection with intended proposals and a straw poll was taken on further interest in each. See 11-05/112r13.
