Assign volunteers to take responsibility for individual comment groups
Volunteers to review comments, and provide submissions on resolution, or recruit other volunteers to provide submissions
Comment resolution to be submission-driven
Consideration of individual comments in committee to be minimized
Resolutions require 75% or greater in ad hoc to be brought to motion in TGn
Resolutions that get greater than 50% but less than 75% will be brought to TGn for further discussion and consideration.
