Financial Conflict of Interest Proposal Concerns -- not all guidance is the same even amongst federal sponsors, more individuals may need to disclose, compliance at proposal stage rather than award. Current FCOI covers UKHC and Research –- more types of activity are considered a conflict, e.g., any travel supported from non-UK funds.
