Pizza Fondue 2-11 oz. cans fiesta nacho cheese soup, undiluted 1½ cups (6 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese or 4 cheese blend ¾ cup pizza sauce ½ cup milk 1 tsp. Italian Herb seasoning ½ cup chopped pepperoni Bread or chips for dipping Combine first 5 ingredients in the 6 ½ cup Heat n Serve. Microwave on medium for 3-5 min, stirring every minute with the Saucy Silicone Spatula until cheese melts and mixture is smooth. Stir in pepperoni. Spoon mixture into the Chef Series Fondue Pot. Serve with bread or chips. Yield: 4 cups

Chocolate Fondue 1/2 cup heavy cream 12 oz. semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate 1/2 tsp. cinnamon-vanilla seasoning or 1 Tbs. Frangelico or Grand Marnier liquor, opt. Heat cream & chocolate in microwave at 50% power for 1-2 minutes stirring every 30 seconds, or bring cream to a low boil in a heavy saucepot, remove and add chocolate, stirring until blended. Stir in seasoning or liquor. Transfer to fondue pot. Dip & enjoy! If fondue begins to thicken, add 1 Tbs. cream at a time to thin.
