Voyage Control Appointment Booking 2018 Calgary Expo Voyage Control Appointment Booking

Go to the following link: http://calgarystampede.voyagecontrol.com/

Page 1 - Event and User Type Click on the down arrow in the EVENT to select 2018 Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo. This will bring up the move in times, zones and loading area maps. Click the down arrow under USER TYPE to select Exhibitor Click on the NEXT button.

Page 2 – Journey and Vehicle

Page 2 - Journey Click on the radial button DROP OFF. Click on the PHASE – MOVE IN. This will bring up a calendar. Click on the date you want to move in.

Page 2 - Vehicle Pick your Zone Pick your Vehicle

Page 2 - Vehicle Click on the ZONE and pick which loading zone works for you based on where you are located on the floor plan. Click on Vehicle. There is a dropdown where you can chose the following, be sure to pick the appropriate vehicle: Car Van Vehicle with Trailer Truck Cube Van Semi Trailer

Page 2 – Special Request

Page 2 – Select Your Time Pick a time from the drop down menu. NOTE: ONLY LARGE VENDORS (SEMI TRAILERS AND CUBE VANS) WILL BE ALLOWED TO MOVE IN BEFORE 1PM ON WEDNESDAY. DO NOT PICK A TIME BETWEEN 8AM AND 1PM IF YOU ARE COMING IN WITH ONE OF THE OTHER VEHICLE CHOICES.

Page 3 – Delivery Recipient From the dropdown pick your company name. It will populate the fields necessary. We highly recommend that you put in your email address and a phone number Stampede can contact you in case of issues with move in. If you click on the USE MY DETAILS it should populate all of the fields.

Page 3 – Delivering Company If you are bringing in your items yourself just click on the USE MY DETAILS button. If you are having items delivered by a company (ie FedEx, etc) enter that information here.

Page 3 – Company Name Add in your Company name and your booth number here.

Page 3 – Add Driver

Page 3 - Add Driver If you are the driver of the vehicle then please fill out the Driver Information. If you are having items dropped off by another company please put in their information. This is very important as Stampede needs the contact information in case of problems. If you select I DO NOT KNOW THE DRIVER AT THIS TIME the message to the right will appear. Note that your vehicle pass will not be valid until this area has been completed.

Page 3 – Journey Information and Vehicle Info Once again, if you click on the VEHICLE UNKNOWN button it will say that your vehicle pass will not be valid until you provide this information.

Page 4 - Completion Once you have clicked on SUBMIT BOOKINGS at the bottom of page 3 this is what should show up on your screen. For those that need more than the one appointment here is where you can book another time slot.

See Booking Details Information This is what you will see if you click on SEE BOOKING DETAILS. From here you can print off your vehicle pass. If you do not have this print off with you, you will NOT BE ALLOWED ENTRY TO THE LOT TO UNLOAD. If you need to change any information or switch times you can do so by clicking on EDIT in the top right corner.

Vehicle Pass To the right is what the vehicle pass looks like. YOU MUST HAVE THIS ON YOU WHEN YOU ARRIVE FOR YOUR UNLOAD APPOINTMENT.

Email Confirmation This is the email you will receive when you have completed your appointment through Voyage Control.
