A-Level Biology summer project: Lifestyle, genes and Health You are going to research two diseases (one caused by lifestyle and one caused by genes) and produce a leaflet/notes/information page about each. This work must be completed and brought with you to your first biology lesson in September. Disease 1: Cardiovascular diseases: Find out what are Cardiovascular diseases, what are the symptoms, what are the causes/risk factors, specifically which body parts are effected and in what ways? How can these diseases be treated or prevented? Disease 2: Cystic fibrosis: Find out what is Cystic fibrosis, what are the symptoms, what is the cause, specifically which body parts are effected and in what ways? How can Cystic fibrosis be treated or prevented?
