Meriden-Middletown-Wallingford Tri-Town Collaborative Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act Out-of-School Youth Program Eligible Ages: 17-24 South Central CT (2016 – 2017) Eligibility Requirements are determined by the State of Connecticut Department of Labor Support Services* Certified Nurse Assistant and other approved training opportunities Job Shadowing Internships Academic and Career Pathways Counseling Contextualized Tutoring Computer Skills for Career or College Employability Skills/ Financial Literacy Training Transportation Assistance Cohort Building Assessment Barrier Analysis Driver Education This youth employment and training program is funded in whole or part by Workforce Alliance, the workforce development board serving South Central CT, with funding from the U.S. Department of Labor.
