2(b) Project Lead Project & Team Manager Manage and complete your task list Race to Success Chart Ensure all members of leadership team are completing their tasks on time Monitor progress and ensure that each leader has allocated enough time to complete their tasks Help prioritize if team members are struggling to find the time to complete their tasks Coordinate and chair regular morning meetings to discuss progress and remove blockers Coordinate team and schedule training sessions Send us a copy of your logo Monitor and ensure correct usage of the system Regularly share progress with Owner and Success Manager Complete follow up call after go-live date

2(c) Data Migration Lead Data Manager Work closely with the Assured Migration Specialist Review raw data for integrity and completeness Data entry any missing fields or information Clean up data if there are duplicates or un-necessary contacts/accounts or jobs Review imported data in JobCheck Sandbox Approve data for migration

2(d) Admin Lead System Setup, Enrollment and Usage Manager Complete admin lead task list Coordinate with PM to build task templates Complete Part 1 Admin Training Assignment Manage/Enroll any/all other admin staff Monitor integrity of all data being entered in the system – communicate any concerns to project lead Train other/new admin staff Attend regular morning meetings Attend Part 2 Admin Training Session

2(e) Project Manager Lead Enrollment and Usage Manager Complete PM lead task list Coordinate with Admin lead to create task templates Complete Part 1 PM Training Assignment Ensure all other PM’s complete assignment Coordinate PMs to attend training session Attend Part 2 PM Training Session Manage/Enroll all other PM’s Monitor integrity of data being entered by other PM’s and communicate concerns to the Project Lead Train new PM’s on how to use JobCheck Attend regular morning meetings

2(f) Accounting Lead QuickBooks Connector Success Manager Download QuickBooks Connector Set up QB Connector: schedule updates, authenticate with QB and JobCheck Coordinate first accounting transfer with Admin Lead Confirm that accounting transfer is successful and all data is correct Communicate any concerns to Project Lead

3. Success Requirements Allocate and designate time for roll-out responsibilities Communicate with Project Lead if you do not have enough time Prioritize implementation duties Be accountable for your role – success relies heavily on each role completing their tasks in a timely manner Enroll & educate your team Commit to the implementation plan, as designed Pay careful attention to all instructions, verbal and written.

4. Critical Workflow Changes Have you considered what will need to change in your department? Where/who do you anticipate the most change management? What workflows will be affected? Production meetings? Work order creation? Photos and notes capture? Financial planning – updating progress amounts Task and Work order management Stage and milestone updates
