King Philip Community Working Groups (CWG) Over the course of the 2017/2018 school year, the KP Community Working Groups and the KP Administration developed surveys targeted at various stakeholder groups to gain insight into the stakeholders’ views and priorities. The groups surveyed included: Community Members (Fall 2017) Staff (Winter 2018) Students (Spring 2018) The following presentation summarizes the results from the teacher/staff survey Summary and Findings Teacher/Staff Survey KP CWG Survey Results 2017/18

Survey Creation The Strategic Planning CWG worked together with the KP Administration to create the staff survey Teachers, staff, school committee, and community members all provided input to the survey questions Topics covered included budget, technology, communications, curriculum, facilities, extra-curricular activities, and various performance measures Objectives were two-fold Gain a better understanding of the staff’s perceptions and priorities Compile baseline data for the incoming Superintendent to inform strategic planning efforts KP CWG Survey Results 2017/18

Survey Distribution The community survey was distributed across several platforms which enabled us to include community members of varied demographics across the district All 4 school districts emailed parents Various Facebook groups Senior centers and libraries School website Norfolk/Wrentham Times newspaper Lions clubs via email The staff survey was administered by the school administration The student survey was administered to grades 7-12 KP CWG Survey Results 2017/18
