29 August 08 Montgomery College 29 Learning Center Workflow Writing/Reading Centers and Math/Science Centers Step 1: Each workgroup member will complete a CAR Special Programs Report (Learning Centers and Lab Version) and a CAR Recommendations Report for the center and forward reports to the lead dean. Step 2: At a meeting convened by the Workgroup chair, each workgroup will complete an overall Learning Centers Summary Report and compile and complete one CAR Recommendations Report to move forward to the lead dean. Workgroup member completes reports for campus learning center. Workgroup chair meets with workgroup members & completes summary reports and recommendations for “like” learning center. Lead Dean reviews all reports and gets input from other deans, before sending packet to lead VP and Provost
