Major Issues Being Discussed: Operations Assessing the future of computer labs and collaborative spaces Streamlining workflows via student self-service in transcript evaluations, registration, and graduation Increasing the number of max-capacity classrooms and right- sizing classrooms Addressing JMZ recommendations concerning underutilization of instructional spaces Building a comprehensive master list of all instructional spaces in order to rationalize room scheduling Ensuring that all significant facilities changes go through a transparent process driven by ECC Excels, clear metrics, and consistent assessment protocols to measure success Establishing facilities and beautification plans for all academic and non-academic units and developing a prioritization process Planning ahead to the use of vacated space after STEM buildout Major Issues Being Discussed: Operations
