4 Strategic Planning Model
Mission Less Frequent Iterations More Frequent Iterations Values Vision Situational Analysis Stakeholder Visioning Goals Meridith present This is a copy of our planning model. It is grounded in the M,V,V – and these remain fairly stable over time. Every 5 years, we do the next 3 things on the chart – we kick off our planning process with a stakeholder visioning session. We use the feedback from that and the listening sessions to develop goal statements. In order to achieve our goals, we have action plans and University Priorities. We use performance indicators to assess success in achieving our goals – and we monitor progress every 6 months Action Plans Performance Indicators Periodic Reviews
