Baldrige Excellence Framework

Scoring System Approach Focuses on the “how” Deployment Addresses the extent to which an approach is used across the entire organization Difficult to assess from written application. Many Site Visit Issues will address deployment. Learning and Integration Focuses on how the organization learns and integrates the knowledge throughout the organization Results Outcomes & effects of Approach/Deployment For Site Visits: What information drives results?
