Why do we need Physical Activity and how is it important? It keeps us in good shape It makes you feel good about yourself It helps us stay healthy Makes us stronger Can help prevent illnesses Your life expectancy can increase

What are ways you can get exercise Swimming Running Walking Doing sports like cheer, football, basketball, baseball, track, volleyball, cross country etc. Dancing Lifting weights Yoga Aerobics

Does Physical Activity need to be always hard? Physical Activity does not always need to be hard you can have a light workout or a very intense one. It doesn’t matter you will still get something from it. After working out for a long time you will build endurance, and eventually you will be able to more.
