Minority Fellowship Program The primary purpose of the Minority Fellowship Program (MFP) is to provide diversity in leadership in behavioral health care. MFP Fellows provide leadership as highly trained clinicians, administrators, and researchers. They provide culturally competent service, seek to reduce barriers to accessing care, and conduct research that informs evidence-based practice. The MFP encourages cross-disciplinary collaborations.
