Enrollment Update 28,825 --- We serve nearly 30,000 people annually across all of the areas of the college from degrees to short-term career training. The academic transfer degrees – fully transfer to the 4 year institutions in Idaho. Dual credit are high school students taking high school college courses while in high school. Career Technical are the programs that earn an AAS, diesel mechanic, automotive, machine tool, welding. Basic skills are our English second language and GED courses. Finally, workforce development are our short-term training courses that lead to a job.

Degrees and Certificates A look at our production --- we had more than 16-hundred degrees, and certificates awarded last year. We see tremendous growth in the sciences and technical certificate areas. We work with over 40 Technical Advisory Committees that are made up of local business and industry specific professionals who advise us specifically on their needs for our graduates. CWI graduates are HIGHLY employable.

As noted 65% of our focus currently is healthcare, this ranges from Nursing Assistant, Phlebotomy, Medical Assistant, AWM – these are taught on site at CWI and with facilities at their locations. Another One highlight is CWI has over 1500 electrical HVAC and plumbing students in years 1- 4
