The winners of the Auction will have to implement terrestrial systems capable of providing electronic communications service. The winner of the first lot will have to provide high-speed broadband services to at least 95 per cent of rural households by The Auction documents were registered until 8 August Three acting mobile operators (Bite Lietuva, Omnitel and Tele2) were confirmed as bidders. MHz BAND Three operators are authorized: over 20 LTE base stations are in operation. In the second half of 2013 we are going to launch an auction for a 10 MHz duplex frequency band and a 50 MHz frequency band. The relevant legal acts are already being prepared 8 psl

An auction for the rest part of the band in the second half of MHz and 2310–2390 MHz bands are going to be prepared for wireless broadband systems in two – five years. 5.In total about 1780 MHz spectrum is used (will be used shortly) for wireless broadband. 11 psl
