12. 12 Conclusions Allocation of Digital Dividend 2 is national decision However, regional/word harmonization is extremely important A number of Region 1 countries already decided to allocate DD2 for mobile broadband, while using 470 – 694 MHz for DTT Moving DTT from the 700/800 MHz to lower bands is possible through sub-regional frequency coordination meetings Re-planning in Africa demonstrated that the objective of a minimum of 4 coverage layers can be achieved ITU is ready to provide assistance in these activities to any regional sub-group
