State Sovereignty Activity Mr Daly Tuesday, 20 November 2018 The idea of state sovereignty means that a country can make decisions for itself. It is only the relationships between countries which are or should be subject to international law. State sovereignty means that international law cannot interfere with what happen within a state without the states consent. International laws do not become Australian laws, until the Federal Parliament creates corresponding legislation Activity What are some (or could be some) current issues that nations are facing in regard to state sovereignty?
