Understanding and application of their role and prerogatives (Basic Text); Closer relationship within the regional Member of the Council and the OIE; Actively participating in the General Session; Actively participating in the Regional Conferences; Discussing on the plan of activities of the RR/SRR to give an advisory opinion (suggestions, proposals addressing the regional needs).
