MS WORD You can use it for writing letters , reports and so on.

Starting Word application To start MS . Word do the following: From the Start button on the taskbar , select All Programs. Select Microsoft Office then select Microsoft Office Word 2007.

Create a New Document Click the office button -> New

Entering Text To control the Language you type in, press (ALT + SHIFT ) from the keyboard.

Header & Footer Click on the Insert tab, In the Header & footer group. Click Header & Footer

Entering Text Paragraph: is a collection of sentence on related topic. To Split one paragraph into two. Enter To Join paragraphs . Backspace

Selecting Text Select the word : double-click the word. To cancel a selection : Press in anywhere on the screen. To select a paragraph: Triple-click anywhere in the paragraph. To select the entire document: Hold down Ctrl + A

Delete Text Select the text -> press the Delete button from the keyboard

Moving Text Home Tab-> Clipboard. Cut past

Copying Text Home Tab-> Clipboard. Copy past

Undo Action, Redo Action To redo an action, click Redo on the Quick Access To undo an action, click Undo on the Quick Access

Changing Case Click on the Home tab, In the Font Group click: Sentence case. Lowercase. Uppercase. Capitalize each word. Toggle case.

Indentations The Indentation determines the distance of the paragraph from the left or the right margins. Click on the Page Layout tab, In the Paragraph group. Arabic language English language

Indentations First Line Indent : adds an indentation to the first line of the Paragraph. 1 2

Line Spacing Select the paragraph . Click on the Home tab, In the paragraph group.

Page numbering Click on the Insert tab, In the Header & footer group. Click page number.

Footnotes and Endnotes Click on the References tab, In the Footnotes group. Click Insert Footnote Or Insert Endnote

Insert Table Click on the Insert tab, In the Tables group. Click table Cell Rows Columns
