Module 11 WSP revision following incident Definition Incident Major water quality problems or threat to water quality Violation of water quality that poses an acute or immediate threat to public health Near-miss Not an incident, but rather evidence that an incident may have occurred if it were not for some action/control Symptomatic of something more serious, good for learning and correcting
