LO: Use calculation skills in the context of nutrition. Nutrition – Part 2 Now you know how many calories you need each day and how much of it needs to be carbohydrates, proteins and fats we can look at putting some meals together.

LO: Use calculation skills in the context of nutrition. We are asking you think about having fruit and vegetables in your food, that way we don’t need to worry to much about the vitamins and minerals.
