Prefeed: Placeholder SSN 15 is sent to HR with the new records placeholder# You as the operator are ccd I, [Operator Name], verify that this employee informed me that s/he does not have a SSN and is not a US Citizen and requires the creation of a temporary, university- generated placeholder code until the employee provides an SSN. An will be sent to Central Human Resources with my name and this record's information as I have entered it.
