Article I Legislative Branch Creates delegated powers (powers given to Congress) Bicameral legislature Makes the law

Article II Executive Branch President Enforces the law

Article III Judicial Branch Supreme Court Interprets the law

Article IV State government Federalism States obey law Admission of new states National government protects states

Article V Amendments Change the Constitution ¾ of states must agree

Article VI Supreme law of the land No laws above the Constitution

Article VII Ratification At least 9 of 13 must ratify or approve of the Constitution for it to take affect.
