What is the personal professional development plan?

What is the Personal Professional Development Plan? The Personal Professional Development Plan is a series of assessments for students in the MGT/521 course of MBA program. The Personal Professional Development Plan includes: My Career Plan located in Phoenix Career Services A series of associated activities designed to encourage self-assessment of interests, strengths, areas for improvement, and planning. The Personal Professional Development Plan which includes laying out goals, steps to reach them, and identifying potential roadblocks.

My Career Plan

My Career Plan My Career Plan includes a series of assessments that evaluate your career interests, competencies, and so forth. You complete these interactive activities to help you decide on career goals and to help create a step-by-step plan to reach them. My Career Plan enables you to: Learn about careers that interest you. Select career goals. Determine competencies that can help you to achieve your career goals. Build a resume. Find a mentor. Identify other career related activities.

My Career Plan What if I’m not looking for a job? My Career Plan can still help you even if you know what career you want or are already in your career of choice. My Career Plan can help you to identify those competencies that can help improve your current job skills. If you are looking for a job in your chosen field, you can use My Career Plan to help create a network and research job opportunities.

My Career Plan To complete your Personal Professional Development Plan, you must complete the first four assessments in My Career Plan. Activity Description Estimated Time Career Interest Profiler Helps define what you like to do and helps narrow down potential career choices. 15 min. Competencies You determine your unique set of behaviors, skills, knowledge, and attributes that predict your work performance. 25 min. Reasoning Aptitude You learn how your reasoning abilities may enable you to excel in a specific career. 19 min. with a time limit of 19 min. Work Culture Preference You learn what types of work environments may engage you most.
