ABSTRACT A super charger is a gas compressor that forces more air into the combustion chamber internal combustion engine than is achievable ambient atmospheric pressure. The higher mass flow rate together with an increased heat input provided by additional fuel combining with the grater mass of atmospheric oxygen available, increases the specific cycle work and hence power out put of the engine The device divides the air mechanically into parcels for delivery to the engine, mechanically moving the air into the engine bit by bit. In this project we use a demo modal of the SUPERCHARGER DEVICE

INTRODUCTION A super charger is an compressor used for forced induction of an internal combustion engine The greater mass flow rate provided more oxygen to support combustion then would be available in naturally aspirated engine, which allows more fuel a naturally to be provided and more work to be done per cycle increasing the power output of the engine The super charger can be powered mechanically by a belt, gear, shaft or chain connected to the engine’s crankshaft. It can also be powered by an exhaust gas turbine.
