Give us your gifted but poorly maturated. Give us all your people in need of an even chance, a second chance, a last chance. Give us all of these people – and we will move mountains to provide them with both a place and opportunity to succeed.”

Cracking the Code: TCC’s Student Code of Conduct Outcomes: Participants will read or listen to the Student Code of Conduct purpose. Participants will identify the categories of TCC’s prohibited student conduct. Participants will practice the concern/complaint procedure. Participants will describe the student code of conduct investigations process. 5. Participants will review the student code of conduct

TCC Code of Conduct purpose: to maintain a productive learning environment Academic Misconduct Disorderly Conduct Forgery, Falsification, Theft Failure to comply with information technology policies Safety risk/damage to the college Personal safety Sexual misconduct Misuse of alcohol, drugs, tobacco, gambling

Faculty Role: Respond to disruptive behaviors and manage minor disruptive behaviors (excessive talking, inappropriate use of cell phone, et.) Keep documentation if you see a pattern developing Contact your department chair when your attempts to manage the behaviors are not successful or when the behavior escalates or is out of control Contact my office (Student Judicial Affairs & Wellness) at 918-595-7150 to determine if a formal complaint should be filed
