Learning Objective Discuss the parent and teen perspective in regards to long-term ADHD management, as well as key messages to communicate during times of transition

Session Format Role play – 15 minutes Parent-Clinician Conversation with Audience Q&A – 25 minutes Recap and Close of Session – 2 minutes

Role Play Parent: Emily Diamond Physician: Joseph Abularrage Adolescent: Allie Stevens The point of this exercise is to help the physicians identify techniques used in conducting a health care transition interview with an adolescent who has ADHD (and a co-morbidity)
