Determine your core QI team’s standing meeting time and tentative huddle times

Attend monthly practice webinars/calls. Consider blocking time in your schedule to ensure your team can attend the entire call.
Keep your Model for Improvement card in an easy-to-access place and reference often.
Get in the habit of using the PDSA worksheet to document your theories, results and what you have learned.
Begin using the tools and resources provided in this session and the ADHD toolkit.

Establish roles and responsibilities of your care team
Consider updating/creating written protocols for diagnosis and follow-up visits, including roles and responsibilities of the care team
Begin entering patients into the mehealth portal
Remember, for the first cycle, the MOC requirement is an average of 5 patients per month over at least 5 months!

Collecting parent and teacher Vanderbilt assessments and follow-up assessments
