Parking and Transportation OVERVIEW PARKING Services There is a Parking/NOVACard Office located on every campus, open 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday. FACULTY & STAFF PERMITS Good at all A lots on any campus Good at all B lots with the exception of MEC DON’T PARK IN LOADING ZONES, RESERVED, METERED, OR HANDICAP SPACES HANG UP YOUR HANGTAG! Easy to forget, but be sure to display your hangtag before you exit your vehicle Can be placed face-up on dashboard as long as the numbers on the front are visible

Parking and Transportation OVERVIEW PARKING SERVICES Faculty Hangtags must be ordered online and ships within 7-10 days. Issues with online ordering? Contact the Central or Campus Parking Office You can register up to 3 cars to your hangtag, but only one hangtag will be provided for employee parking. Parking Offices can re-issue a lost hangtag There is a $25 processing fee required

Parking and Transportation OVERVIEW PARKING SERVICES STUDENTS AND VISITORS Students and Visitors parking in B-Lots must have a Student Permit (B) or some form of Hourly Parking Hourly Parking includes either daily passes, scratch off hangtags, or Passport Mobile App Students and Visitors may use the Hourly Parking Garage (Floors 1-3) – Pay upon arrival via pay stations or the Passport App. Student vehicles will be ticketed for parking in A-lot areas. GUEST SPEAKERS At least 7 days in advance, you can request a temporary parking pass using form 105-114. The Parking Manager must approve all requests.

Parking and Transportation OVERVIEW NOVACARD ISSUED AT THE PARKING OFFICE All you need is your EMPLID and a Gov’t issued ID Your EMPLID will be displayed on back of your NOVACARD. ADD FUNDS TO YOUR CARD You can add money to the card either online or at any Parking Office. It can be used all around Campus. In such places as: The Bookstore, Euro Café, Vending machines and others. DOOR ACCESS Faculty/Staff cards come with a proximity chip inside. Either swipe or touch your NOVACARD to gain access to rooms for which you have approved access. (105-156)
