Bell Ringer: Video Write three phrases or sentences that we have studied this semester that you hear in the video.

How do you say “I like…”? Use the verb “gustar” Me gusta + noun No me gusta I like…. Me gusta… I do not like No me gusta… Do you like… Te gustas?

Examples I like pizza I like to dance I do not like to sing Me gusta la pizza I like to dance Me gusta bailar I do not like to sing No me gusta cantar I like to skateboard Me gusta andar en patineta

What if the object is plural? I like grapes Me gustan las uvas I do not like carrots No me gustan las zanahorias I like horses Me gustan los caballos

Do you like…” Do you like grapes? Do you like the dog? Te gustan las uvas? Do you like the dog? Te gusta el perro?

ACTIVITY!!!!!! Go to the correct side of the room when I say a vocab word. Te gustas, or no te gustas?

Try it on your own! Write three sentences saying that you like something and three sentences saying that you do not like something.
