Managing Committee Interface Owners/Residents Directory: Define all flats/ properties in your society along with owners/ residents and their contact details. Maintain IDs and mobile numbers for digital communication. Define society charges: Define how would you like to charge society fee from members– Fixed or floor area wise. You may also charge members for few common facilities. Raise Monthly Bills Raise Monthly Bills on click of a button and get it delivered to residents on SMS and E- mail. Track Defaulters Let the system track the defaulting members for current dues and over dues. Send SMS alerts/reminders: Select and shoot reminders to members on SMS/ .
