What is Dietetics? A health related career that involves the use of nutrition science to promote health. Strong candidates have an aptitude for science, an interest in nutrition and a comfort level interacting with people.

The Science of Nutrition Dietetics students study courses in the following areas: Biology Nutrition Science Food Science Chemistry Biochemistry Microbiology

Work of RDN Provide nutrition counseling Develop methods to feed patients that are unable to eat (critically ill/comatose) Manage food service systems Provide nutrition education Conduct research
