FOLLETT Can use to store all records for books, videos, as well as all equipment. Able to create an up-to-date needs assessment. Can access all patrons, what they have checked out and when it is due.
TAG OF THE MONTH This is a great resource for understanding what each tag is used for in a MARC record. MARC MARC stands for MA chine-Readable Cataloging record. "Machine-readable" means that one particular type of machine, a computer, can read and interpret the data in the cataloging record. The following pages will explain why this is important and how it is made possible.
