AA MEETINGS PROCESS: 1 hr. meetings Principal reports CA Dashboard Data Analysis: Demographics & indicators HS principals also report UC/CSU A-G Eligibility ACTION: Principals take lead on addressing issues discussed in the meeting, district provides appropriate guidance and support.

AA MEETINGS PURPOSE- Review each site’s CA Dashboard data results and develop a plan to increase achievement for all students. TRUST, COLLABORATION, RESPECT, TRANSPARENCY Principals articulated strengths, challenges, needs and plans GOAL: To gain a collective understanding of the strengths and challenges of each site so we can work together to improve the academic performance of our students.
