Process Drawings Matrix, Bubble, and Block Plans Schematic Design

Criteria Matrix Completed after the plan sketches are finalized. Criteria includes: Sq. Footage Adjacencies Public Access Daylight/View Privacy Plumbing Special Equip Special Considerations

Criteria Matrix

Bubble (relationship) Diagram Draw circles for each space required Size of circle should relate to sq. footage Spaces requiring adjacencies should be close to each other (or touch) Use connecting lines (graphic symbols) to indicate adjacencies and major circulation. Should not relate to building shell Room names and sq. footages indicated Views, privacy etc. should be indicated. Must include a legend.
