Introduction Over the course of implementing the Conservation Measures associated with water quality protection in San Marcos, challenges, obstacles, and problems have been identified Analysis conducted through the EAHCP supported WQPP research & development as well as through the larger WPP process HCP provides a mechanism—the Adaptive Management Process—to address this issue
