PowerPoint accessibility: accessible for who? People viewing your slides as part of the audience People using your slides as a document ISD Spotlight: Accessible PowerPoint

Design Use the slide layouts rather than adding text boxes Use unique slide titles Use the Outline tab to help you check Use simple transitions; advance on mouse click ISD Spotlight: Accessible PowerPoint

Text Minimum font size 18-24 Have good contrast Don’t use colour as only method of emphasis Not all screen projectors are the same quality as your laptop or PC ISD Spotlight: Accessible PowerPoint
