4. Split content slide
When creating a new slide, you can choose the slide layout by navigating to the new slide
Change a layout by choosing “layout
Avoid the temptation to draw text boxes, resize existing text boxes if required

5. Picture with caption
Description text – remember to “add alterative text ” (Right click on image  format picture)
long descriptions can go in the notes section

6. Colour
® PowerPoint presentation is to ensure the colour contrast between the text and background colour is significant enough for the audience to easily read the content of the slide, without being distracted by the background.
The template has tested this for you

7. Footer & header Text You can change the header and footer text
Select Slide master – Search help for slide master if you are unsure.
If you change the text or background colour make sure it prints in grey scale with good contrast
