The hazard ratio was 0.89 (95% CI, 0.79-1.01) for meeting only the aerobic exercise guidelines, 0.82 (95% CI, 0.62-1.09) for meeting only the resistance exercise guidelines, and 0.79 (95% CI, 0.68-0.91) for meeting both guidelines.
