Need Fossil fuels Energy bill One time payment for green energy as opposed to a monthly payment for fuels According to patterns of human usage of fossil fuels, the world will run out of them in approximately 100-200 years Fossil fuels cause climate change and acid rain. Both harm all forms of life, both on land and aquatic.

Mission Make green energy affordable and accessible to all people, helping eliminate fossil fuel consumption from society.

Overview Cheaper green energy modules 2006, only 30,000 homes used solar By 2020, predicted 3.3 million homes using solar **But these numbers will be growing at an even greater rate with the addition of our cheaper Greenergy modules to the American green-energy market.

Business Model Canvas Companies that sell green energy modules in bulk Donors Investors Controlling each part of the production and delivery process to drive down costs Pains: High energy cost, expensive installment, taking painstaking measures to conserve energy Gains: More savings, more efficient energy, more environmentally friendly (social status) Keep: Membership benefits Grow: Incentivize them to donate Rural landowners Environmental activists Get: Social media advertising, TV advertising, friends and family, smart-advertising Environmental activists/donors Kickstarter campaign Investors Fundraisers Buying cheap modules through bulk Buying energy modules in bulk and selling them for lower than retail

Customer Archetype Profiles Customer Interviews: 10 - Middle-aged suburban homeowner, would pay for green energy if more affordable with less regulations Customer 2 - Middle aged house owner who wants to improve her energy system but is concerned about the price Customer 3 - Middle aged upper middle class house owner - Would pay more for green energy but current prices are too high Customer 4 Old age, very energy conscious but skeptical about efficacy of green energy Customer 5 Middle aged - apartment owner, wants to get green energy but the price is simply too high

Total Addressable Market Over 30 million housing units in rural and small town communities in America 30 million households using Greenergy Trends these days turn toward “greenergy” sources

What We Learned Hypothesis: People don’t convert to green energy because of the lack of affordability and accessibility. Experiments: We interviewed ten people total to see their opinions on environmental awareness, green energy, and what has prevented them from converting. Results: Most people cared about decreasing their energy bill and felt the need to lower it. They also cared about being environmentally friendly, but tended to either not have control over their energy source or lacked accessibility to modules.
