HTM Scholarships! Visit the “Current Students” tab on the HTM website, then select “Scholarships” to view a complete list of opportunities specifically for HTM students. Applications for scholarships listed below MUST be submitted via MyScholarships by Thursday, March 1, 2017. Apply to Graduate Please submit your graduation application to the Registrar’s Office via myBanner. Log in to Banner: Click ‘student’ Click ‘student records’ Click ‘apply to graduate’ Choose the semester and then follow the prompts When selecting the term of graduation, students should select the semester in which their degree requirements will be complete. Students must apply for graduation to be invited to the commencement ceremony. If you intend to have your name printed in the commencement program, students should submit their applications  prior to March 9, 2018 for the April 2018 ceremony. Students completing their degree requirements in the Spring/Summer 2018 semester and who apply for graduation before the last week of the Winter 2018 semester are automatically invited to April’s ceremony. Those Spring/Summer 2018 graduates who apply after this point will be invited to December’s ceremony. 2250 Kirkhof Center (Grand River Room) Passport Fair Do you need a passport? Does your passport need to be renewed? Come to the Passport Fair!   Tuesday, February 27, 2018   1:00 PM - 4:00 PM  2250 Kirkhof Center (Grand River Room)  PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 6 WEEKS FOR PROCESSING! NOTE: Please allow up to an hour for processing time at the fair. To save time, we encourage you to stop by the Padnos International Center in 130 Lake Ontario Hall during Office Hours before the fair to get your photos taken ($3 - cash only)!  What to Bring: 1. PROOF OF U.S. CITIZENSHIP in the form of a previous passport, certified birth certificate or naturalization certificate.  2. PROOF OF IDENTITY with photo (driver’s license or Michigan State ID). Social Security cards will not suffice.   3. TWO SEPARATE CHECKS or money orders will be needed ($110 to the Department of State, $25 to the USPS). Cash will NOT be accepted!  4. PASSPORT PHOTOS can be taken at the passport fair for $3 cash. You must present your GVSU identification card. Save time by getting your photos taken before fair day in 130 Lake Ontario Hall during office hours.  Passport Renewals: Passport Renewals require two checks, one for $110 to the U.S. Department of State and the other for $6.70 (subject to change) to the USPS.
