Architectural Design Guidelines Architecture The proposed architectural and site development plans are in compliance with the following Architectural Design Guideline Policies: Community Design Goal 1: Encourage and preserve a sense of place. Policy 1.2: Encourage high quality and human scale design in development to maintain the character of the City. Community Design Goal 2: Preserve the historic character of the community. Policy 2.1: Encourage development which complements the City’s traditional, historic character through site design, architecture, and landscaping. City Council August 19, 2014

Architectural Design Guidelines Landscape The proposed landscape plans are in compliance with the Landscaping Objectives that are described in the Architectural Design Guidelines. The project is required to use plant material with like water requirements grouped together and with water conservation measures included in design. The design reinforces community identity with the use of native plant materials included in the plant palette. City Council August 19, 2014
