Huntington Specialty Materials Specializing in Proprietary Polysilazane Covalent Bonding Protective Coatings For Industrial and Commercial use

Huntington Specialty Materials Huntington Specialty Materials through a Limited Joint Venture has obtained the exclusive Distribution rights to a Unique and Proprietary group of ever growing Polysilazane coating products and resin formulations . This relationship brings with it, over 30 years of Research & Development work as well as the manufacturing experience with the Polysilazane Chemistry.

Huntington Specialty Materials Polysilazane based Nano-Ceramics Clear and Solid tone Coating Products that ; are Chemical and Corrosion Resistant are High Temperature Resistant are Adhesion Promoters are Abrasion Resistant are RoHS compliant & VOC Exempt are Protective Sealer and Water Proofers are Ambient curable (or oven accelerated ) are “No Free silicones” Mold Sealers are “No Free silicones” Mold Release Agents

Huntington Specialty Materials Polysilazane Thermal Dissipation Coatings: (HS-900, 901, 902, & 906 products) Offering a variety of film thickness protection to fit specific applications Increased thermal dissipation from electronic components and circuits, adding protection against Water and Moisture, Corrosion and Oxidation of critical components Increase Reliability and Performance

Huntington Specialty Materials HS-907 – has the ability to Increase performance and Reduce maintenance A Thin Film Polysilazane Clear Coating – That Covalently bonds to all Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metal Alloys, Acrylic & Lexan® Windscreens surfaces, including other types of cured Aircraft and Industrial paints. Greatly Reduces drag coefficient of moving surfaces.

Huntington Specialty Materials HS-908 – A Clear Polysilazane Thin-Film Clear Coating Ideal for; Glass, Solar Panels, etc. fills the micro-pores within the glass allowing for easy cleaning and helps to reduce dust and dirt build-up bonding of bird droppings And water/mineral spotting. Lowers required maintenance - Improves long term performance

Huntington Specialty Materials HS-909 Super-Slick Polysilazane Optically Clear Coatings; Easily hand applied as surface Maintenance Products Super-Slick Nano-Ceramic Clear Coat Reduces Drag Coefficient Increases control surface response, performance & potential fuel savings Keeping it “Super-Slick” Helps to Increase Performance, Increase Lift and Reduce Drag

Huntington Specialty Materials HS-910 – Polysilazane Clear Coat Provides a higher film build for more Severe Service applications. Offering a Tough Super-Slick Surface that will the “Reduce Drag Coefficient” and Increase Lift, increase control surface response & potential fuel savings Increase performance and Lower Maintenance

Huntington Specialty Materials HS-910C is a: Polysilazane Nano-Ceramic Clear Coat that delivers a Super-Slick , durable surface with an extremely low coefficient of friction . That can benefit with “Less-Drag” & “Less Debris Build-up” Offers great resistance to oxidation of painted or Gel-Coated® surfaces HS-910 is UV stable and covalently bonds to the substrate HS-910C long Term Durability Enhances Performance, Reduces Maintenance

Huntington Specialty Materials HS-920 Mold sealer; If holding a vacuum is a problem, HS-920 is the solution……… Seals from the Face Side without dimensional change. Flows into micro pores and/or cracks, sealing them with a covalently bonded Nano-Ceramic clear material. HS-920 expands and contract with the mold tool. Works seamlessly with the HS-940 Release. HS-920 has no “free silicones” 100% no transfer to the part face. Works with all mold materials, Graphite, Composite, Metal alloys, etc.

Huntington Specialty Materials HS-922 Polysilazane Water Proofer – Covalently bonds to the fibers of cloth, canvas and fine Screens*, forming a Hydrophobic barrier that repels water and is odorless when cured even when hot, non-sticky & easier to clean surfaces Unaffected by fuels, oils or solvents. *restricts the passage of water while allowing fuels to pass through freely.

Huntington Specialty Materials HS-938 a Nano-Ceramic Clear Protective Sealer HS-938 is a high performance, ambient air cured product that is easily applied by a simple wipe-on application. The product creates a covalent & permanent bond to most any substrate. HS-938 is able to fill and seal the micro-pores and cracks of any substrate with an extremely tough high temperature resistant material that becomes a slick-thin dry film lubricating coating that works in conjunction with or without the use of oils making it ideal for; combustion, turbine and jet type engine components. It helps to prevent oxidation of substrate materials and it is also very corrosion resistant, has hydrophobic properties and offers great UV protection to most any substrate it is applied to, helping to lengthen usable life spans. HS-938 Clear Sealer can be applied as a stand-alone or a clear top-coat material to protect & improve performance of all types of cured paints, coatings, plastics & ferrous and non-ferrous metals and composite parts & structures. HS-938 may be re-applied, if the need ever arises.

Huntington Specialty Materials HS-940 Nano-Ceramic Mold release Dimensional change is not measurably affected with a application thickness of 2 to 3 microns . HS-940 is unaffected with the higher curing temperatures required by some Polyamides, BMI resins and other resin systems. Accommodates “Vertical Prepreg lay-ups” very well Part release and removal is unmatched Mold tool cleanup of flashing, requires little to no effort, nor use of metal scrapers or sanding. HS-940 has no “free silicones” 100% no transfer to the part face. HS-940 works with all current resin systems and mold substrate types

Huntington Specialty Materials HS- 950 High Temperature Primer Offers intra & inter coat adhesion properties to those more difficult to bond to substrate surfaces ; (such as silicone sheeting) HS-955 Clear Primer for bonding to flexible substrates Allows for better adhesion of typical automotive type paints

Huntington Specialty Materials HS-965 Chromate-Free Polysilazane Based Primer – Protection without Heavy-Metals, Thin Film Build – less weight gain ASTM B117 5% salt fog; 3500 hrs 0.5 to 1.0 mil coating applied on Alodine 600 treated aluminum panel * Image is a pre-test panel

Huntington Specialty Materials HS-970 Nano-Ceramic Solid Tone Coating; Offers – Super Durable Abrasion Resistance, Operates at Extended High Temperatures Direct Flame Ablative Resistance Extremely Corrosion & Chemical Resistance Not affected by Fuels, Oils or Solvents May be applied to a wide variety of products

Huntington Specialty Materials HS-752 “A Polysilazane Matrix” High Performance Composite 2-part Resin System Operates at Elevated Temperatures TG by DMA 245 C / 473 F Offering high performance properties Tensile Modulus: 215,000 PSA Functions with all fabric types - Works with Wet-lay-up, Pre-Preg, VARTM, & Filament winding processes

Huntington Specialty Materials HS-980 Thermal Management – Polysilazane Nano-Ceramic Coating Greatly Reduces Radiated Heat from hot sources Protects Thermally Sensitive Structures & Components from excess Heat sources Holds up to against extreme temperatures , corrosion & direct flame ablation Reduce and Protect against Radiated Heat
