Utilize the space to the right of each section to take notes. Before the Activity What do I hope to learn from this project/experience? What will I be able to do differently? What does my manager need/ expect from me? __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ During the Activity Where am I improving my skills? Where am I struggling? Where do I need support through manager coaching? Who else should I seek out for support? __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ After the Activity What did I learn? Did I reach the goals I laid out before the project/ experience began? Did I improve my skills? Where can I use my new skills on a daily basis? Where did I succeed? Where did I struggle? If I had to do it all over again, what would I do differently? What is the most important lesson I learned? Where can I apply this lesson in the future? __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
