Terminology: managed / unmanaged travel Package travel = an organiser combines transport, accommodation & other services and is liable for the proper performance of the trip “unmanaged travel” = the traveller books transportation, accommodation & other services separately from a variety of suppliers. Suppliers are liable for the proper delivery of their own services.
