Module 5: Provider Application Basics Provider Site Resetting Password Clocking In and Out Menu Options

A username and temporary password will be assigned to you in an email. Provider Site: Log In A username and temporary password will be assigned to you in an email. Type the application address in your address line, and click “Go”. The URL for the live site will be provided after your training is complete. Make sure you disable your pop-up blocker, or set your browser to allow pop-ups for this site. Enter in your Username and Password; then hit “Submit”.

From the log in screen, click “Forgot your Password?”. Resetting Password Enter in your username and email address, and then hit “Submit”. A temporary password will be sent to your email address. Please edit your password once you’ve logged on. From the log in screen, click “Forgot your Password?”.

Clocking In and Out Clocking In allows the site to notify you when patients are waiting in the queue. Clocking Out stops the site from notifying you when patients are waiting.
